  RoadMap Master Plan

A master plan for the Town Center Area

Since its establishment in 1997, the TCA CID has proactively addressed transportation issues within the CID with several transportation projects, including intersection improvements, a light rail study, vanpools, and a pilot shuttle study, and a Master Plan that comprehensively addresses future transportation needs based on the full development potential of the area.

In March 2003, the CID contracted with ARCADIS, with assistance from Robert Charles Lesser & Co., LLC (Robert Charles Lesser), to develop a Master Plan that integrates transportation, land use, market conditions, and implementation guidelines for the Town Center Area.

In September 2006, the CID contracted with ARCADIS to update the Master Plan to reflect recent changes in demographics, land use, and transportation conditions. All analyses have been updated to reflect current year conditions (2006) and year 2030 projections. (The horizon year for the original Master Plan was 2025.) Finally, the Action Plan has been updated to reflect progress on ongoing projects, revised priorities, and the latest cost and funding information.

PDFs with details and graphics of the plan can be accessed at the links below. Please note, these are very large pdfs and may take a few minutes to open.
